James Attlee’s publishing experience has included working in the fields of commissioning, developmental editing, international sales and rights, consultancy, marketing and publicity. His particular specialisms have been non-fiction, visual arts and museum publishing, and he has worked with many of the world’s leading art publishers and art institutions. His positions have included being Sales and Rights Director at Tate Publishing in London and editor at editor at large (UK) for the University of Chicago Press.
