A new edition of Isolarion was published in March 2020, just before lockdown. A long string of events in support of the book through spring, summer and autumn had to be cancelled.
James read his piece ‘On Margate Sands’…. in Margate (on the sands) on 11 August 2019 as part of Katie Paterson’s participatory artwork ‘First There Is a Mountain’. You can read it here, in the digital anthology of writers’ contributions to the work
