Good to hear from Tres of the Fake Druids again, this time with news of their new video for Full Moon.
However, I was interested to discover more evidence of Tres’ other activities as a conceptual artist/musician, this time a video of his Concierto Silencioso — silent concert — held some years ago (news of silent concerts travels slowly) in a public square in Barcelona using the Banda Municipal, with conductor, in full formal gear. How beautifully ordered everything is; even the children sit in their seats attentively.
Quite a journey from there to the Fake Druids Full Moon… but perhaps there is a clue to the trajectory in another song by the band, The Ultimate Non-Act ?
